The Historic Preservation Commission will consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for the home located at 146 N. Loomis St.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for a variance related to duplex construction at 25 N. Huffman St. and 818 E. Franklin Ave.
