The ECHO Board meets on the second Monday of the month unless otherwise noted. Board business will be conducted from 6:30 to 7:30. Members are welcome to join the Board at 7:30 for public forum.

The Echo board meetings the 2nd Monday of the Month.  The location is usually the NCC Boiler house.  The May 8th meeting will be held at Quigley's Pub.
